Returns
We hope you enjoy your purchase; however, if your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it after delivery. Returned items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all labels and tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear, use, or modification cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns of custom or personalized items, gift cards, or items purchased from special sale or limited collections.
The refundable amount applies only to the price paid for the garment. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item, and these costs are not included in the refund. Return shipping must be arranged using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Once the returned item reaches us, it will be inspected to ensure it meets our return requirements. After the inspection is completed, you will be notified by email about the status of your refund. Refunds are issued using the same payment method that was used for the original purchase. If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order.
