Shipping Information

All orders are shipped from Lithuania (European Union). Each garment is carefully prepared and packed before dispatch. Please note that processing time is not included in the delivery time.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, customs procedures, and local carrier conditions. Occasional delays may occur due to factors outside our control, such as holiday periods, volume peaks, or customs congestion.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

Standard delivery: 3–10 business days within Europe, 10–20 business days outside Europe, and 15–30 business days to Canada and Australia.
Express delivery: 2–5 business days.

U.S. Shipments (DDP – Delivered Duty Paid)

Orders shipped to the United States are sent under the Delivered Duty Paid method, meaning that import duties and tariffs are covered by us and no additional customs fees are charged upon delivery. While most parcels arrive on time, occasional delays may occur within U.S. customs or carrier networks, and these are outside of our control.

Customs & Import Taxes (Non-EU Countries, Except the United States)

For all destinations outside the European Union, except the United States, any customs procedures, import charges, or related obligations are the responsibility of the buyer, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (if applicable) are not included in the product price and will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns Policy

When returning a parcel, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs both ways. These amounts will not be included in the refund. Return conditions may vary depending on your country — please review our full Returns Policy for details.
