General

These Terms of Service apply to all purchases made on the Linensimplicity website. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms and confirm that you have read and understood them. Our products are offered exclusively to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts. We may update these Terms from time to time without prior notice. The Terms in force at the moment of purchase will apply to your order.

Prices and Taxes

All prices listed on our website for EU customers include the applicable value-added tax (VAT). Orders shipped outside the European Union are not subject to EU VAT, although the displayed product price remains unchanged. Shipping fees are calculated during checkout and depend on the delivery destination and the size/weight of the order.

For orders shipped to the United States, we use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, meaning that applicable U.S. import duties and customs charges are covered by us.

Placing an Order

To place an order, follow the online checkout process and submit your payment. A legally binding agreement is created once your order is placed and the payment is successfully processed. You will receive an order confirmation by email. Once your parcel is dispatched, a separate email with tracking details will be sent. If for any reason we cannot fulfill your order, we will notify you as soon as possible. If payment has already been received, we will issue a refund for the unavailable item(s).

Availability of Products

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock or if there are unexpected supply issues, we may offer an alternative product of equal or higher value. If you prefer not to accept the alternative, we will refund the original payment.

Payment

We accept major payment methods available through our checkout, including credit/debit cards and digital payment services. By submitting your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If authorization is refused, we are not responsible for any delay or inability to process the order.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched in the order they are received. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and chosen shipping method. Detailed delivery timelines are provided in our Shipping Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

We do not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance, courier operations, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or unforeseen disruptions beyond our control. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and we do not cover the cost of re-shipping uncollected parcels.

Customs and Import Duties

For destinations outside the EU (except the United States, where DDP applies), local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes, or additional charges. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Linensimplicity has no control over such fees and cannot predict their amount. For detailed information, please contact your local customs office.

Returns

You may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original labels and tags attached. Items that do not meet these conditions will be returned to the customer and will not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the refund. Lost return parcels that are not tracked cannot be refunded. Once the returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund. Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive another size or style, please place a new order.

Risk and Ownership

Ownership and risk of the products pass to you once the parcel has been delivered to the provided address.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Linensimplicity website—including images, text, design, and trademarks—is protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction or use of this content for commercial purposes without our written permission is strictly prohibited.

Liability

Our liability for any purchase is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect losses or damages arising from the use of our website or products. While we aim to ensure all information on our website is accurate, we cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.
